In a Post-Luxury society, student housing predominates, interspersed with moments of luxury. This architecture blends serif and sans serif styles, with varying usage of collective and private spaces. Luxury manifests as unique elements within a generic texture. Facades conceal large, luxurious spaces with a reinterpretation of architectural features like arc bays and turrets, reshaping interior rooms. This design also addresses local housing inequities and site context, with massing meeting FAR requirements. The project, merging "Serif" and "Sans Serif" architecture, forms an urban block with gabled structures extending to create courtyards and intersecting spaces.
